Responsibilities

• Support management of London private equity team across new deals, portfolio management and fundraising.
• Lead on deal origination, including market mapping, company-target identification and manage key advisor network.
• Oversee sector, strategic and financial analysis of targeted companies.
• Take a leading role in investment process from DD work-streams, legal, debt and management negotiations and internal investment committee process.
• Board representation on existing and newly invested portfolio companies.
• Support Tikehau’s wider global private equity strategy.

Profile

• 7-10 years of investment experience, of which at least 5 years of private equity experience with successful track record of:
• Originating opportunities via market mapping, advisor network and/or off market.
• Strong deal transaction experience across all DD streams, legal, management and debt negotiations, and management of internal investment committee process.
• Board experience including managing all stakeholders, board pack preparations and managing exit processes.
• Has existing network of advisors, banks/debt-funds, NEDs, etc.
• Has high awareness of and desire to work in Tikehau’s thematic investment verticals.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• High aptitude to interact with key stakeholders internally and externally with a wide range of seniority.
