Investment Director role - PBSA, BTR and Co-Living

This a senior investment / origination role focused on land acquisition, planning & development management, and development funding of PBSA, BTR and Co-Living assets throughout the UK. The role comprises a blend of skillsets and experience including acquisitions, planning, technical, funding and sales expertise.

The successful individual must have proven origination experience and evaluation of acquisition / development PBSA, BTR and Co-Living opportunities throughout the UK subject to planning.

Must have lead on the bid and transaction process, taking responsibility for agreeing Heads of Terms, procuring legal and title reports and responding to key points accordingly, negotiating land contracts and overseeing the process of legal exchange and completion.

This is a management role, mentoring role towards Analysts and other junior team members, reviewing their outputs and providing guidance and encouragement where necessary.
