Job Description

INVESTMENT SENIOR ANALYST / ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a senior analyst or junior associate to join our office. This role is ideal for a capable professional with 2–3 years of experience, eager to contribute to an innovative and growing firm by applying their skills and ideas to make a significant business impact.

Responsibilities

• Support senior advisory team members in creating and analyzing financial models, preparing client presentations, and scheduling meetings.
• Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and prepare investment presentations, ensuring documentation standards are met.
• Assist with due diligence, M&A, and financing transactions from origination to close.
• Support the management of investment transactions.
• Contribute to business development, including targeting, diligence, and pitching new deal opportunities, while staying informed on market trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in TMT, with training in a top-tier investment bank or financial institution.
• Experience with due diligence, transaction execution, financial modeling, and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
• Proficiency in building and stress-testing financial models, preparing industry and company presentations, and benchmarking.
