OverviewSummary: As an Art Director, you will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for our company, as the need may arise. You are required to conceptualise, produce and implement disruptive creative and content that solve our clients’ business problems, briefs or goals. You are also expected to maintain our company’s standards of creative excellence and, within reason, profitability.ResponsibilitiesIdeate, visualise, create, direct and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goalsManage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with peers, managers and both in-house resources and third-party vendorsDevelop creative that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalismCollaborate effectively with your Creative Director, peers, Account Management, and the wider designory and eg+ team to develop creative and content workPresent, share and review creative work with Creative Director, Account Management and Project Leads as well as members of the Management TeamProduce original and impactful ideas independently, as well as in a teamProvide art direction and original designs for effective advertising campaignsDevelop on-brand designs and interfaces, for online and offline collateralsProduce social media content such as posts, Reels, videosCommunicate to specialists such as artists or art buyers to elevate visual qualityIncorporate feedback and changes from the wider teamProvide feedback on the work of other members of the creative services teamMaintain accurate timesheets that are completed by required deadlinesClient RelationshipsPossibly present and sell original creative work to clients of all levelsAlignment with Disruption and our CultureOur ambition is to design impactful stories for our clients that benefit their businesses and brands. Education / ProfessionalDiploma/Degree holder in Communications, Advertising or Media Art and Design Experience2. Skills & Experiences RequiredUnderstanding of branding, especially visual attributesSound knowledge of print and online media, including social mediaGood understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)Skilled and proficient in Adobe Suite and other visual productivity toolsCommunicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing, in EnglishCommunicate clearly and honestly with managers, peers and clientsAbility to present work to clients and internal teams3.
