Were looking for a Key Account Director to lead our agency and consortia sales strategy, drive revenue, and build powerful partnerships that shape the future of travel distribution. What youll do Own strategic relationships with top travel agencies, TMCs and consortia maximising revenue and brand loyalty.
Lead the agency and consortia sales strategy, growing market share across the UK, Ireland and key international markets.
Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures and joint marketing initiatives to boost conversion.
Use data and insight to drive performance, shape growth plans and report ROI.
Collaborate across revenue, marketing and operations teams to deliver aligned, high-impact results.
Represent Edyn at industry events and actively identify new partnership opportunities.
What youll bring Proven experience managing £3M+ agency/consortia portfolios in hospitality.
Deep knowledge of GDS platforms, agency contracting and travel distribution strategy.
7+ years in senior sales or account management roles.
Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Well-connected within the travel agency and consortia landscape.
