Key Account Director

We’re looking for a Key Account Director to join Paragon’s Sheffield office.
As the Key Account Director, you’ll report to the Sales & Commercial Director and take ownership of protecting and growing revenue across your accounts. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships at all levels, identify new opportunities, and ensure service excellence. This role is critical to safeguarding contracts, maximising profitability, and driving innovation across Paragon’s service portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
Protect and grow revenue across Key Accounts, preventing leakage and maximising profitability.
Secure contracts and safeguard long-term client relationships across multiple departments and seniority levels.
Establish governance models and maximise client-facing time.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell Paragon Group’s services.
Maintain working capital by managing stock risks and ensuring timely cash collection.
Take commercial responsibility for cost models, contracts, and brand compliance.
Attend client meetings, including structured formal reviews, and share key updates with colleagues.
Define service processes with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Produce monthly KPI reports for both internal and client review.
