Key responsibilities include: Sourcing and negotiating land opportunities for residential and mixed-use schemes Undertaking development appraisals, valuations, and feasibility assessments Managing relationships with landowners, developers, and local authorities Advising on planning matters, site promotion, and disposal strategies Supporting senior colleagues on complex land deals and strategic land projects What we're looking for: Experience in land agency, development, or planning (ideally with a RICS or RTPI background) Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of the local property and development market is key for more the more senior roles.
