Beach Baker is exclusively instructed to recruit a talented Lease Advisory Surveyor on behalf of a prestigious property consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and work on a broad range of lease consultancy matters across the South West and South Wales.

️ The Role

Working closely with the Senior Director and wider team, you'll deliver expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring, including the preparation of Expert Witness Reports for third-party proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, delivering high-quality lease advisory services
• Lead negotiations on rent reviews and lease renewals
• Provide strategic advice on lease restructuring, break clauses, and leasehold matters
• Prepare Expert Witness Reports and represent clients in third-party proceedings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling potential
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to long-term success
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support wider company objectives

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree educated
• MRICS qualified
• Full UK driving licence

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in lease advisory, including rent reviews and lease renewals
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver successful outcomes
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Commercially astute and client-focused
• Able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
• Team player with a commitment to service excellence
