THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client’s Lease Advisory team is looking to build upon continued success in expanding the team further by recruiting a Lease Consultancy Surveyor – at Director/Partner or Associate level - based out of Oxfordshire. The highly successful Lease Consultancy Team provides a specialist lease advisory service to property owners and occupiers on all types of commercial property.

This is a newly created role, and our client is looking to appoint someone who can partner with the wider Lease Consultancy department, to lead and drive the Oxford team forward. The successful candidate will ideally be working as an Associate or Director/Partner in another consultancy and be looking to take a step up in their next role.

As well as more traditional sectors, the team also acts for some of the leading Scientific organisations, working closely with the local agency teams to provide professional advice on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears using local up-to-date ma...
