A leading global investment bank is seeking a skilled lawyer with hands‑on experience working with legal netting opinions and a solid understanding of financial markets, capital requirements legislation, bankruptcy, security interests, title transfer, and set‑off.

• Proven experience with financial trading documentation, particularly GMSLAs, and reviewing netting opinions.
• Ability to work independently and manage matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
