Overview

Our Commercial Property team is recruiting a Legal Director to join the team. We are a leading Top 50 law firm with one of the largest and most respected Real Estate teams in the country. The team focuses on a mixture of commercial property work, city-centre locations to rural development, and small shops to major London offices, with experience on projects including nursing homes, factories, pubs, hotels and schools. This position would be working across the Thames Valley, London and Cheltenham region, and could be based in any of these offices.

Responsibilities

• Have in depth experience on a range of issues across the breadth of commercial property
• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within commercial property, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge
• Contribute to business development opportunities and identify networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing and cross selling
• Supporting and training junior members of the team

• Significant commercial property experience
• An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
