- Work with the Contracts Manager to prioritise, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, partnership, and technology agreements.
- Oversee and coordinate with external counsel on specialist matters including complex regulatory issues and international expansion.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and other data privacy frameworks relevant to SaaS businesses and its primary markets.
- Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments affecting the SaaS and technology sectors, including the EU AI Act and similar emerging regulations.
- Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to manage legal risk and support business objectives.
- Develop strategies to engage the business and its employees to provide actionable guidance on regulations that impact the business; bridge the gap between legal and non-legal professionals; provide training on legal and compliance topics.
- Support the business in managing and protecting its intellectual property portfolio.
- Take on the responsibilities of Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the UK company.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage competing priorities.
