Our client, a leading real estate finance lender in London, is seeking a Lending Director to help expand their lending activity across senior, mezzanine, and whole loan opportunities. The firm is targeting £250m of lending per annum and is looking for someone with the expertise to source, structure, and execute deals across the capital stack.

With an annual salary of

Role Responsibilities As a Lending Director, you will:

Originate and execute real estate finance transactions across senior, mezzanine, and whole loan structures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, sponsors, brokers, and other market participants.

Assess, structure, and negotiate lending opportunities in line with the firms risk appetite.

Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis, preparing materials for credit committee approval.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to support origination and business growth.

Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal credit policies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Lending Director will have:

Extensive experience originating and executing real estate lending transactions.

A track record of successful loan origination within real estate finance.
