A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Director or Partner to join its growing London office. This opportunity offers a rare chance to work alongside one of the market’s most respected disputes leaders – an individual with over 20 years' experience in international litigation, asset recovery, and high-stakes fraud and restructuring matters.

The Role

You will play a key role in driving forward the firm’s ambitious strategy in London and nationally across high-value and complex litigation mandates. The team is particularly well known for:

• Multi-jurisdictional asset tracing and recovery
• High Court and international arbitration matters (LCIA and others)
• Insolvency-related litigation and officeholder claims
• Commercial disputes involving allegations of fraud, dishonesty, or breach of duty
• Representation of high net worth individuals, institutions, and public bodies

You’ll benefit from the leadership of a proven litigation and restructuring expert with a track record in UK and offshore courts, as well as unparalleled experience in cases involving tax fraud, evasion, and avoidance – including past responsibility for major investigations for a key UK Government department.

About You

We’re interested in hearing from candidates who are:

• A seasoned litigator with 7+ PQE and a strong track record in commercial or insolvency litigation
• Ideally with experience in fraud, asset tracing, tax-related disputes, or restructuring litigation
• Commercially minded and motivated to develop or expand a practice within a flexible and well-supported platform
• Entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing London office
