The Opportunity

A high‑performing, growing corporate finance team is seeking an ambitious Associate Director or recently promoted Junior Director to work on some of the UK’s most attractive mid‑market transactions.

This is an exciting chance to step into a pivotal execution and leadership role — joining a team with a substantial pipeline, strong brand recognition in the market, and genuine progression potential to Partner in the medium term.

This position offers immediate access to major private equity and strategic sell‑side mandates in Business Services and adjacent sectors.

What We’re Looking For

We want a candidate who is:

• Currently an Associate Director with the ambition to step up, or a Junior Director seeking a fresh growth platform
• Accomplished in mid‑market M&A execution, particularly with private equity clients
• Polished and credible with Boards, investors, and C‑suite stakeholders
• Used to working on transactions in the £50m–£300m EV range (or above)
• Likely from a larger bank, leading boutique, or highly regarded mid‑market advisory team
• Sector knowledge in Business Services (tech-enabled services, human capital, FM, waste etc.) is helpful but not essential — sector depth can be built in role
