We are seeking an experienced M&A Programme Director to lead and coordinate post-acquisition integration across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end post-acquisition integration programmes across multiple business units.

Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to align workstreams and deliver a unified integration strategy.

Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management processes to ensure smooth transition.

Oversee Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), with particular focus on IT, infrastructure, and operational dependencies.
