This is your chance to join a high-performing, collaborative team that delivers both exceptional technical advice and a distinctive client experience.Your new roleAs an M&A Tax Manager, you'll work across the full deal lifecycle, including:Due diligence services, tax structuring, and SPA/financing inputPost-acquisition implementation and reorganisationsOngoing advisory support to portfolio companies in preparation for exitBuilding client relationships and driving business development initiativesDeveloping junior team members through coaching and technical guidanceKey responsibilities include:Delivering tax advisory across all aspects of the M&A lifecycleManaging multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputSupporting client business development and marketing activitiesProviding leadership and guidance to more junior colleaguesTo be successful in this role, you'll need:Prior M&A Tax experience in a professional services environmentACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification preferredStrong project management and communication skillsAbility to analyse complex issues, prioritise effectively, and deliver clear solutionsBenefits:£75,000-£95,000 base salary plus performance bonusFlexible working arrangements and hybrid modelBig 4 training, development, and international mobility optionsWant to find out more?
