We are on the search for an up and coming, energetic and commercially astute Managing Director with a finance/accounting background. This is a business with an industry leading product manufactured in Herefordshire and sold globally, the business also has as a very well-established subcontract/fabrication side to the business, fabricating for other globally renowned manufacturers. This would really suit an MD with 2+ years experience in a smaller business and who is now looking for a bigger role with a SME in and around 100 staff and 15M T/O. On offer is the chance to join an established and financially stable business with an excellent operations team in place. The ideal candidate will need to have a genuine commercial instinct to help deliver a profitable and successful future to the business - in line with success in these areas there will be equity opportunities in the medium term.
