The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to guide Marcliffe through this exciting transformation. As Managing Director, you will: Lead day-to-day operations across rooms, dining, spa, and events, ensuring world-class, five-star standards. Drive commercial performance through strategic sales, marketing, and financial leadership. Oversee major refurbishment and estate development projects with minimal disruption to guest experience. Inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing team culture built on excellence, accountability, and warmth. About You We are looking for a proven five-star hotel leader who brings both vision and authenticity. You will have: Senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality. A track record of delivering excellence during major investment, repositioning, or refurbishment projects. Commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue and profit while protecting guest experience.
