NPZ UK Plant Breeding Ltd (formerly LSPB) is a plant breeding company that operates on approximately 50ha of land around the office on Milton Road. We are looking for a Managing Director to drive the company’s success as a leading plant breeder in the UK marketplace.

The primary responsibilities include:

1. Delivering company performance against strategic goals set in conjunction with the board and shareholders.
2. Maintaining and growing sales, profitability, and market share for the product portfolio.
3. Managing practical plant breeding work carried out across a broad range of species.
4. Leading key stakeholder relationships.
5. Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
6. Representing the company in industry associations and public forums.
