As Managing Director of AT-PAC UK & Ireland, you are taking the lead to further growth and strategic development of the country organization with full P&L responsibility. You will develop and coach your direct reports, ensuring that they are given the resources and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with AT-PAC.
In your role, you will also assess additional revenue opportunities/market share and drive customer engagement that strengthens the company's position in the market while being committed to further develop a high-performing team and organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- You willensure growth and profitabilityof the whole business operation of AT-PAC UK & Ireland
- You will be responsible for the balance sheet, budget, and KPI’s in the country andreporting directly to the Regional Director
- You coordinate and support lobbying and professional key account management toexpand the company’s project pipeline.
- You will manage and coordinate all activities between the departments andoptimize, develop and implement organizational processes and structuresfrom an operative as well as strategic point of view
- You will initiate thecompilation and realization of the sales strategy, pricing, management of claims, inventory management and health/safety regulations
- You willact as a role modeland to be the highest promoter of the AT-PAC strategy, principles of management and code of conduct and to be responsible for compliance of internal and external rules and regulations
Qualifications
- LocalUK Business knowledgepaired with strongBusiness Acumen– proven track record with a similar business required
- Solid experience, network & access as well as in-depthunderstanding of the local UK/Ireland industry market(ideally scaffolding knowledge)
- StrongCommercial/Sales backgroundand affinity
- Experience withchange management
- Very high engagement level and“hands-on” approach
- International Management experience would be a major benefit
- Proven leadership skills:gets the most and best out of peoplesets and communicates guiding goalsmeasures accomplishments, holds people accountable, and gives useful feedbackkeeps people informed and provides coaching for today and for the futureGood intercultural understanding, embracing new challenges & enthused of being a part of a growing marketAnalytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes, who drives for results
- Excellent language communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English
