By cutting survey times by up to six-fold, we’re tackling the “trilemma” of time, cost and complexity in decarbonising housing. With proven technology, a full-stack in-house development team, and a huge market opportunity, we’re now ready to scale.

We’re looking for a Managing Director to take Heatly from a tech-led start-up into a commercial success story. You’ll have full P&L responsibility and the mandate to deliver rapid revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and position Heatly at the forefront of sustainable housing solutions.

This is more than a leadership role – it’s the chance to build a category-defining business. Heatly is positioned to transform how homes are heated across the UK and beyond, with the potential to expand into broader asset management. Backed by United Infrastructure, you’ll have the scale and resources of a Tier 1 group with the freedom to innovate like a start-up.

What you’ll do

• Shape and execute Heatly’s go-to-market strategy, driving ARR to £10M+
• Translate technical innovation into customer-focused, revenue-driven outcomes
• Lead a talented in-house development team and grow a high-performing commercial operation
• Balance start-up agility with corporate discipline as part of a major infrastructure group
• Champion Heatly as the face of innovation with clients, partners, and regulators

Qualifications

• Track record of scaling SaaS or tech product businesses
• Commercial sharpness in sales, pricing, and customer engagement
• Ability to operate at board level while staying close to delivery
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to deliver results
