This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Sheffield with some work-from-home options. The Managing Director at PCAS will oversee all business operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our power solutions. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing budgets, establishing long-term business strategies, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The role requires a commitment to upholding our reputation for quality and dependability in power solutions.

Qualifications include:

• Leadership and Management skills, including team leadership and strategic planning
• Business and Financial Acumen, including budget management and growth strategies
• Technical Knowledge in Power Management Solutions, including generator maintenance, renewable energy integration, and CHP servicing
• Communication and Interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and relationship building
• Problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient power solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in the power management or energy sector is a plus

Candidates must be from the power generation industry.
