The Move to -15°C Coalition is a cross-industry collaboration which aims to reset frozen food temperature standards, globally, to reduce greenhouse gases and lower supply chain costs. It was founded at COP28 in 2023 following the launch of the Three Degrees of Change report. You can find the report and more information about the mission of the Coalition at movetominus15.com
