Market Director - Nuclear New Build

Your Purpose

Reporting to the Managing Director and being a member of our Nuclear EMEA leadership team, you will be the leader of our New Build business which covers our new build activities across large- and small-scale nuclear reactors which includes GW, SMRs/AMRs, and our work in the Fusion sector. The role will also take a lead on all our regional new build opportunity plays across the UK, Europe and Middle East, including our New Build business that we have established in France. The role will have full P&L responsibility for the market, leading a business delivering approximately £100m of revenue per annum, which an ambition to make is £250m in the next five years.

You will also be industry leading on your sector knowledge, with an excellent understanding of the New Build sector needs, how projects are delivered and be at the forefront of technical and digital advancements which will be fundamental to success in this sector in the future.

You’ll play a key role in the expansion and development efforts of our Nuclear EMEA business. You will bring a diverse approach to thought, think the unthinkable, and question the norm. Supporting the growth of our existing client base whilst also expanding our client base and addressable market share.

  • Develop new markets and/or geographies within the Nuclear EMEA New Build sector.
