This role offers an attractive salary range of £175,000 - £225,000 per year, plus a bonus of up to 100% of your salary. Enjoy the flexibility of remote or hybrid working, with access to regional offices in both northern and southern England. With ambitious growth plans, they are looking for talented individuals to help drive their expansion across the UK real estate sector.

As a Managing Director - Origination, You Will

• Source and originate bridging loan investments secured against UK real estate assets.
• Lead the end-to-end deal process, including structuring, underwriting, and execution.
• Negotiate and structure complex transactions, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Leverage your network to drive pipeline growth and explore new markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong external relationships.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the lending platform.
  
  

• Annual salary of £175,000 - £225,000.

• Extensive experience in UK bridging finance or short-term real estate lending.
