The Opportunity

We're looking for a Mechanical Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major mechanical packages on flagship London projects (£10M+). You'll oversee full project lifecycles, manage site and engineering teams, and work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

About You

• 10+ years' experience in mechanical project delivery within M&E contracting
• Proven success managing large-scale (£10M+) projects
• Experience in Commercial, Laboratory, or Data Centre sectors (2+ preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)
• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant H&S certifications
