Corporate Communications & External Affairs Our communications and external affairs team are at the very heart of Reckitt's brand, purpose and products, bringing them to life around the globe for our employees, consumers, investors, governments and our suppliers. Every day, we design public relations and communication strategies that build awareness, trust and relationships, while steering us away from reputational risk. Architect and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, integrating internal and external communication efforts. Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals, nurturing their growth and aligning their work with our global vision. Drive the creation and delivery of influential communication and PR campaigns, measuring their impact through precise metrics and KPIs. Foster strong relationships with media, influencers, industry partners, and customers, enhancing Reckitt's brand equity.
The experience we're looking for
Strong track record in managing dynamic communication and PR campaigns in a multifaceted environment. Proven leadership in nurturing high-performing teams in the communications field. Expertise in a range of media and communication platforms, with the skill to create and manage diverse content. Proficiency in utilising communication tools and analytics to refine strategies and amplify brand messages. Strategic mindset with sharp business acumen and ability to manage relationships and adapt to market changes.
