Lead a commercial team comprising of Commercial Managers and Senior QSs, across 8–10 live projects. Manage the full commercial lifecycle: upstream/downstream contract management, supply chain, cost reporting, risk, and opportunity analysis. Sit on the company’s senior management team, contributing to wider business strategy and decision-making. Be given the freedom and autonomy to influence business direction, grow the commercial team, and bring in your own contacts and ideas.
