MEP Contracts Director role at Dreamchaser PMU Horse Rescue & Rehabilitation Inc. This is a rare opportunity to appoint a Senior MEP professional to lead as MEP Contracts Director. The company specializes in Mechanical and Electrical installations up to an industrial level. Candidates with an industrial M&E / MEP background are sought. Based or commutable to Bristol / Avon.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of schemes up to £20M and beyond as a client-side lead.


• Mentor and manage Project Managers and other support staff; liaise with Consultants, sub-contractors and specialist Engineers.


• Procurement responsibility and driving commercial performance, cost control, safety, risk management, and quality standards.


• Ensure knowledge of UK building regulations, MEP systems, and construction methodologies at an advanced level.

Qualifications/Experience

• Extensive experience in Mechanical & Electrical Services / M&E / Building Services.


• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams; excellent commercial acumen.


• Proven track record in delivering complex MEP/MEP contracts up to £20M+.
