Mergers and Acquisitions Director (Services/ Education)

Phipps Cameron is pleased to be partnered with one of the leading European Education Groups- looking to expand their already stellar Corporate Development team.

The M&A lead will drive the search and assessment of established brand product acquisition opportunities and select carve-outs. Execute strategic acquisition projects to expand the business in alignment with company strategy.

MUST HAVE

• "White Collar", "Blue Collar" or Education Buy-Side experience
• 6+ years in Mergers and Acquisitions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analytical searches to identify new acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain networks with companies to uncover and seize new opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence teams in evaluating potential product acquisitions.
• Develop and present financial evaluations and risk analyses for acquisition prospects.
• Coordinate with post-deal integration teams and serve as the primary contact for all product acquisitions.
• Support and occasionally lead divestment efforts of non-strategic assets.
• Manage deal execution for business development and licensing projects.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and regulatory policies.

Position is based in London, UK, and requires travel.
