You'll join a prestigious service provider known for delivering exceptional white-glove service to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, leading the strategic commercial direction of the company.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategies, and building long-standing relationships. You’ll work closely with internal departments to align operational delivery with premium client expectations.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to support business growth objectives. Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing sales leadership team to drive commercial success. Monitor and analyse sales KPIs, forecasting trends and optimising performance. Cultivate strong relationships with private clients, corporations, estate agents, and relocation professionals. Deliver bespoke service proposals that reflect the brand’s premium offering. Identify and capitalise on new opportunities in both residential and corporate sales markets. Represent the company at industry events and luxury networking forums.
