Unlocking client relationships, pitching & securing paid partnerships with some of the world's biggest, most well-known brands. This is a senior sales role, and we are looking for an experienced agency-sales & brand partnerships expert. Someone who is extremely motivated with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset.The Ideal CandidateYou are highly-experienced in integrated sales & agency-style brand partnerships.You have strong, existing brand relationships.You are extremely strong at pitching.You have excellent communication, sales & negotiation skills.You are a strategic thinker with experience in building long-term partnerships with brands.You are detail-oriented with strong time management skills.You are solutions focused, with the ability to anticipate client challenges & opportunities.You are a challenger who is always looking to exceed client expectations and outcomes.ResponsibilitiesGenerating new client leads & building relationships that lead to new business.Working with the existing sales team to stimulate client demand, and convert business.Soliciting briefs. Evaluating client's requirements. Briefing the creative & strategic planning teams, pitching creative brand & marketing strategies.Negotiating deals with a focus on long-term value, whilst managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.Deep-diving into client's requirements, identifying upsell opportunities. The goal is to be an extension of the client business and understand their challenges.Overseeing and growing the client database.Managing and prioritising multiple projects in a fast moving environment.Requirements8-10 years of relevant work experience in agency sales / integrated partnerships.European language is advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills: in person, over email and phone.Confident in presenting to C-Suite level stakeholders.Strong contacts across EMEA with direct clients and c-suite contacts.Proven experience in selling big budget ideas and solutions to global brands at senior level.If you think you've got what it takes, please provide your portfolio, cover letter, resume and expected salary.This position is based and located in London.
