Overview A Senior Commercial Asset Manager is required to work across a mixed portfolio of Retail, Office, Industrial and Leisure properties, in the Northwest of England. Based in South Manchester/Cheshire, the role will take the lead on asset strategy and be responsible for rent & lease renewals, with the aim of maximising the potential of a 100-strong commercial portfolio. Responsibilities

Lead asset strategy for a mixed portfolio of Retail, Office, Industrial and Leisure properties. Manage rent and lease renewals to maximise portfolio value. Work to maximise the potential of the 100-strong commercial portfolio.

Qualifications Previous experience of Asset Management is required. The role is based in South Manchester/Cheshire. Benefits
