A subsidiary of an established affordable homes provider seeks a Non-Executive Board Director to deliver high-quality market homes in the south-west. The successful candidate will have senior-level experience in the commercial delivery or marketing of new homes for market sale.

The company is looking for someone with extensive experience in the commercial property or housing sector to join their strategic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to the company's values and drive to be an ethical property developer.

Board meetings are held quarterly, with a mix of in-person and virtual meetings. There are typically 5 Board meetings per year, with two in-person meetings in North Devon and three virtual meetings.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality homes and will need to be committed to the company's values.
