Responsibilities

• Serve as a non-executive director on the unitary Board, sharing responsibility with other directors for Board decisions and the organisation's success.
• Chair the Trust’s Finance & Performance Committee and work across professional boundaries to provide challenge and fresh, multi-disciplinary perspectives internally.
• Play a critical outward-facing role in building the Trust’s brand as a leader in musculoskeletal and orthopaedics within the wider system.
• Support the development of commercial offering and foster a culture of continuous improvement as part of ROH’s current strategy rethink.

Partnership and Governance

As part of the Board, you will work alongside executives as an equal member of the Board and share responsibility for governance and organisational performance.
