We are recruiting an EMEA Head of Construction – Oil & Gas for a global engineering leader specialising in combustion and environmental solutions.
With a world-class portfolio of burners, flares, incinerators, and environmental control systems, the company delivers complex construction and installation projects across the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial sectors.
This is a unique, senior-level opportunity to build and lead a new Construction function from the ground up. Starting at the company’s UK headquarters, the successful candidate will design and develop the team, systems, and procedures before transitioning into a globally mobile leadership role across key EMEA projects.
Projects are delivered under LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) contracts, meaning the Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing full project delivery, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and technical excellence at every stage.
About the Role
As the EMEA Head of Construction – Oil & Gas, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of on-site construction delivery across multiple high-value international projects.
