Our client are seeking an experienced OMB Corporate Tax Director to provide strategic leadership on tax matters, oversee major client portfolios, and ensure compliance with UK tax regulations. This is a senior role focused on delivering exceptional client service, driving business growth, and mentoring the next generation of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating future challenges and opportunities.

Technical Excellence

  • Serve as a technical expert on complex tax matters.
  • Oversee quality and compliance across all engagements.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and embed best practices within the team.

Team Development

  • Lead and mentor senior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Support recruitment, resource planning, and talent development initiatives.

Business Growth

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Drive fee growth through cross-service collaboration and innovative solutions.
  • Represent the firm externally, building networks and market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified, or qualified by experience.
  • Significant experience in corporate tax within a practice environment.
  • Proven track record in managing complex tax projects and leading teams.
