About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic AV Associate Director to join our Connected Performance department on a FTC. You will be a key member of the team, leading the planning and activation of effective cross-channel audio and video campaigns on Lidl and NFU.

What You'll Do

• Bring Positive Energy: Be a professional and upbeat team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and industry partners.
• Drive Campaign Success: Oversee the planning and delivery of TV, video, cinema and audio campaigns that exceed client expectations and enable commercial success for the agency.
• Nurture Strong Relationships: Lead the client relationship across NFU, whilst supporting the wider team on Lidl. Work closely with media suppliers to stay ahead of the latest product innovations and ensure exceptional campaign management.
• Focus on Detail: Keep a sharp eye on budgets and delivery, ensuring everything is tightly controlled and accurately reported.
• Collaborate Effectively: Be a vital part of the AV activation team, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork and working closely with wider agency colleagues.
• Manage Finances: Manage financial processes to ensure campaigns are booked accurately and billed smoothly.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the fast-paced AV media market trends to shape innovative and competitive campaign plans.

Working Arrangements

Flexible Working: We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely) with standard hours 9:30 – 17:30 and core hours 10:30 – 16:30. Flexibility options may allow adjustments to start and finish times to suit individual needs while balancing business requirements.
