Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to achieve top-tier customer satisfaction, focusing on quality and delivery excellence.
• Ensure scheduled products are delivered on time, within cost, and to specification by collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Technical teams.
• Define short-term tactics and long-term strategies for core operational functions and translate these into actionable deployment plans.
• Provide results-oriented, objective-focused leadership and support to both direct and indirect reports, driving results and fostering accountability.
• Create business plans based on sales forecasts, covering costs, investments, staffing, and materials, aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the supply chain, including process improvements and product design changes.
• Secure the continuous improvement of competitiveness of areas of responsibility through a perpetual plan–do–check–act cycle focused on cost and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience; 5 years minimum in management with high-volume manufacturing or automotive industry; 1–2 years of practical experience in the implementation of Lean Management projects.
• Higher level degree (MSc, MBA) in Engineering. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (TPS), MTM, and modern quality tools including Six Sigma; strong IT skills, management tools and techniques.
• Strong leadership and the ability to cope with high workloads, be an independent decision maker under time and technical pressure, with the ability to convince others.
• Cost awareness and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial holistic thinking and action.
• Team-oriented.
