This on-site position provides an exciting chance to lead a major warehousing and distribution operation, driving efficiency, safety and strategic growth.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multi-site warehouse operations, ensuring efficient fulfilment, logistics and distribution performance.Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and quality across all operational teams.Oversee inventory control, transport and facilities management, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and sustainability goals.Provide leadership to motivate and empower teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.What Experience is RequiredProven experience in senior warehouse or operations leadership, ideally within a multi-site or high-volume environment.Strong background in team management, process improvement, and budget control.Experience in facilities, transport/vehicle and health & safety management (CPC or NEBOSH qualifications desirable).Salary & BenefitsA salary of £65,000 is on offer, together with a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.
