We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Operations Director to oversee the operational leadership and development of a portfolio of EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) childrens homes based in Birmingham. This is a key leadership role for a seasoned professional with the drive, vision, and compassion to deliver safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that transforms young lives. The Role: As Operations Director, you will be responsible for: Providing strong, consistent leadership and supervision to Responsible Individuals and Registered Managers.

Overseeing compliance, safeguarding, service quality, and performance across all homes.

Leading Ofsted preparation, inspections, and responses, ensuring outcomes of Good or Outstanding.

Developing and embedding quality assurance systems and continuous improvement strategies.

Collaborating with Local Authorities, safeguarding partners, and external stakeholders to ensure best outcomes.

Ensuring childrens welfare and development are prioritised in every aspect of service delivery.

Monitoring operational performance through visits, audits, and hands-on leadership.
