Operations Director (Cleaning Services)

We have been engaged to appoint an Operations Director for a leading cleaning & soft services business. Based out of London with a national reach they deliver cleaning and soft facilities services to a broad range of customers. As part of a major investment into the business they are looking to significantly scale over the next 5 years. We are looking for an Operations Director to lead and manage the business whilst driving growth strategies with the SLT. You will be responsible for a number of key areas.Ownership and management of a large scale P&L (£20mil+)Monthly financial reporting to the boardDeveloping long term sustainable customer relationshipsFostering a best in class service delivery and driving continuous improvement initiativesDevelopment of the leadership teamIdentifying strategic opportunities for new and existing businessEnsuring all compliance, risk and QHSE protocols are adhered to across the businessThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, modern and growth focussed business, we are looking for a collaborative, visible and people focussed leader. Exposure at board level and experience of the cleaning sector are vital elements to the role.
