We’re working with a leading hospitality group at the top end of the London market. Known for their luxury dining spaces, they’re seeking an Operations Director to drive the brand forward and deliver outstanding results across their portfolio. This role is about setting the standard – ensuring every site delivers exceptional service, flawless execution, and strong commercial performance. You’ll work closely with senior GMs, drive consistency across multiple high-profile venues, and protect the brand’s reputation for quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site, fresh food operations with a focus on luxury dining
- Direct and develop site-level teams to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure exceptional service, flawless execution, and strong commercial performance across all venues
- Collaborate with senior General Managers to maintain brand standards and consistency
What we’re looking for
- Senior operator with proven luxury restaurant experience
- Confident leading multi-site, fresh food operations
- Commercially sharp with a track record of delivering results
- Guest-focused, detail-driven, and hands-on with the team
- Inspirational leader who builds culture as well as performance
