The project: Our PMO and planning service blends decades of experience in delivering complex projects and programmes across the globe with leading and holistic service solutions, creating a central execution point for all activities within a portfolio that can manage and standardising even the most multi-disciplinary and compartmental endeavours.

Following a number of significant programme wins in our consult business we are seeking an experienced PMO lead to support programmes in our corporate real estate sector.

    • You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in directing PMO and project controls across the programme, championing excellence and innovation.
  • Driving consistent, high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Ensuring alignment with ISO and best practices across all operations.
  • Providing expert oversight and strategic guidance across the project.
  • Mentoring and inspiring teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Building trusted client partnerships through proactive engagement and delivery.
  • Spearheading digital and technical PMO service delivery.
  • Proven PMO/project controls leadership on major programmes with expert tool knowledge.
  • Having proven experience of how to stand up a PMO, that can present data and challenge assurances.

    • You’ll also have:

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the infrastructure related projects.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
