About the Role



You have the opportunity to:



  • Represent all facets of the business within your division.
  • Build strong senior client relationships, ensuring governance and trust.
  • Deliver on contracts while influencing the wider strategic agenda.



Responsibilities



  • Lead health & safety across teams and services.
  • Deliver contract performance in line with FMAs and governance standards.
  • Drive client satisfaction (NPS) and support retention.
  • Oversee lettings and marketing strategies.
  • Manage compliance (Licensing, HMO, ANUK, territory-specific).
  • Support staff retention, ENPS, and career pathways.



You will also:



  • Set and manage objectives for your teams to deliver contracted services.
  • Lead quarterly client meetings and portfolio reviews.
  • Monitor asset performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure customer service excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Build university networks and manage nomination agreements.
  • Provide monthly reporting on portfolio business performance.
  • Collaborate with incredible peers to continuously evolve operations.

Be at the heart of collaboration, partnering with colleagues across Commercial, Legal, Business Development, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, ESG, Health & Safety, Policy, Training, and more.



Qualifications



  • Proven leadership experience in PBSA.



Required Skills



  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • A track record of delivering against contracts, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Inclusive leadership that inspires teams and builds long-term capability.
