A leading regional Construction Contractor who specialise in Mechanical, Electrical and Small Works construction projects up to the value of £3m, are looking for an Operations Director to lead a team. This role will manage Team leads that look after Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Maintenance Services on behalf of clients including Schools, Universities, Hospitals, and other blue chip organisations across the North West. Based in Merseyside, this business have decades of successful and reputable trading behind them, and have a fantastic reputation for successful delivery with their ongoing client base. This is a secure well structured business already performing and delivering, however the role offers autonomy and scope to shape a team, and the process and procedures used to deliver their construction goals. Work is won through open tender, as well as through various frameworks and repeat negotiated works.
About the Role
As Operations Director you will lead and oversee operational activities across all business divisions - Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Maintenance, with heads of each service reporting into you.
