JOB- Operations Director LOCATION- Flintshire TERM- Permanent SALARY- £100,000-£110,000 per annum (plus benefits)

My client is looking for an Operations Director to join their business on a permanent basis in the Flintshire area. The candidate will develop & implement strategic plans and oversee day to day operations of the company working closely with MD to implement companies visions and strategic plans.

The Operations Director will ideally have the following attributes:

Degree qualified or equivalent work based experience Experienced working within fast paced environment with hands on approach Proven experience in climbing up the corporate ladder Engineering, Operations and Process Implementation experience Has strong internal and external stakeholder management skills A proactive, self starter who is consultative and adaptable The Operations Director role will involve:
