Operations Director – Southeast England – Education £80k + Package My client is looking to add an innovative, resourceful, resilient & creative Operations Director to their team covering Kent & South London. The role requires someone who has plenty of energy, charisma and isn't afraid to get involved with the team. About the position: You will be responsible for a large portfolio of Education contracts with multiple direct reports. This will suit someone with a background in Contract Catering, ideally within state education or public sector catering. Your career experience will have given you a sound understanding of Contract Catering senior management and an ability to take a step back to understand the bigger picture. A savvy & financially astute operator who can appreciate what it takes to be in a client facing role will suit this position.
