As an Operations Director- you will be a key member on the Board of Directors - playing a key part in the planned business growth through strategic direction, enhancing operational performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include: Drive operational performance by monitoring key metrics, leading improvement projects, and ensuring alignment with delivery and cost targets. Lead cross-functional collaboration, including resource planning (S&OP), budgeting, job costing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and develop teams through coaching, reviews, and effective communication, while ensuring compliance with HSE and legal standards.
